    | The financial year of the Phoenix Stroke Club runs from 1st April in one year to 31st March the next year. The AGM is usually arranged to be around the beginning of July and is held in the Club house. Typically the Agenda includes items such as Ratification of the previous Minutes, Election of Officers, a Treasurers report including presentation of an audited Balance Sheet, and reports from the Chairman, and Manager. Traditionally the AGM is preceded by a social event to which Members and Volunteers are invited. |
